The Nintendo NES Classic Mini is like Hatchimals for us big kids and sold out quickly.  The good news is that they are trying to push more out as quickly as they can, the bad news is that they are still hard to find for Black Friday.  Don’t go spending a fortune on one on eBay though, you are likely to be able to get one in the coming weeks.

As stores have received stock in the US, they have put them up online without advertising the fact.  They sell out quickly so if Walmart or Best Buy do get stock for Black Friday, it is worth checking the site throughout the day.  None of the major stores are advertising deals on the NES so it will be full price, but at around $80, well worth picking up, for nostalgic purposes if nothing else.

Do you have an Xbox on your list for Black Friday?  We checked the flyers so you don’t have to.  Obviously there may be flash sales and some flyers are still to come so check back for the most recent pricing.  Amazon.ca will usually try to beat their competitors and are likely to have a good sale, even if limited quantities.

If you want the most basic (and cheapest) option, Walmart has 500GB Xbox One consoles for just $249.96 for Black Friday.  This is not a bundle like the others on our list, but you can choose your own games among the many sales for Black Friday.

Best Buy is offering an exclusive and limited edition blue Xbox One 500GB bundle with Halo 5 for $299.99.  If you want the blue console or don’t want to buy games separately, this may be the bundle for you.

EB Games’ exclusive white Xbox One S is just $299.99  and you get 5x bonus points, a $50 Ultimate Dining Card and Red Dead Redemption for free!

Prefer the 1TB model?  The Source has Xbox 1TB Gears of War bundles with Halo 5 and 3 month Xbox Live included for $380.79 for Black Friday.

Of course, not to be beaten, Microsoft Store is offering $70 off most consoles, plus a free game and a $50 Microsoft Store credit.  Choose the bundle that suits you best rather than the one the big box stores have chosen for Black Friday.  They also have a 1TB console (not bundled with a game) for $289 if you want to upgrade to 1TB and choose your own games.

The SmartCanucks SmartSource printable coupon portal has a new coupon available to you today! Newly added, is a coupon for $2 off the purchase of any one 1.89L or 1.75L So Good or So Nice soy beverage.

This is a SmartSource coupon so the limit of two prints per computer does apply. This is not a product that I use, so if someone who does print the coupon could inform us all of the expiry date that would be great. It should be a minimum of thirty days from as most are, but it may be longer.

If this is a product that you go through a lot of because of dietary restrictions, etc., you may be able to print more than two coupon by utilizing other browsers to print the coupon as this sometimes works. The $2 Chapman’s at Freshco is a great use of your $4 Chapman’s coupon, which you may want to start using up if you still the ones that expire at the end of 2016. I still have mine and have just cleared some freezer space to redeem my coupons!

The deals on PS4 bundles this year seem pretty standard across various stores for Black Friday in Canada.  You can pick up a Playstation 4 Uncharted 4 – A Thief’s End bundle for around $330.

If you want to save your pennies, the cheapest option is Walmart at $329.96 but the other stores vary buy a dollar or two.  It seems be a standard deal that you can pick up wherever else you are shopping and worry about the hotter deals that vary by store.  Walmart also has DualShock controllers advertised for $49.96 for Black Friday.

No major PS4 Pro promotions for Black Friday, but you can trade in your old PS4 at EB Games and get a $210 credit towards your new PS4 Pro.  Games however are on sale at many stores and Black Friday is always a good time to stock up.

If you are shopping elsewhere, you can pick one up at Best Buy, London Drugs or The Source.  Watch for flash sales and check Amazon.ca who may want to beat out Walmart in the battle of Black Friday sales but it likely won’t be much cheaper elsewhere.

If you shop at Giant Tiger, keep an eye out for their 2017 calendars at the cash register.  They cost $2 with proceeds going to a local charity.  Each store chooses their charity, so they are usually worthwhile smaller groups that need the donations and not bigger groups who get a lot at the holidays anyway.

Each month features a recipe and a coupon for a Giant Value product to be used in the recipe.  Coupons include ketchup, mayonnaise, flour, tortilla chips and more.  But remember, each coupon is valid only for that month.

There are also two coupons on the back cover.  Save $3 on Giant Value all in one auto dish tabs (valid January to June) and save $1.50 on Giant Value paper towels (valid July – December).
