This website has a calendar listing TV show air dates in the US. You might think this isn’t very useful but if you watch TV shows by downloading them via iTunes or any other method *coughs* this calendar will help you know when the show will be available for download.
Buy Lipton Red rose or Salada, 144 tea bags box, for $6.49 at Zellers and get a free Ciniplex Adult Admission ticket. This is certainly a hot deal since you end up getting the ticket at a discounted price and you get the tea for free!
I was watching Apple’s latest Mac TV ad and just like previous ones in the series, these ads make me somewhat pity the PC guy and I side with him. The Mac guy seems too snobbish and somewhat inconsiderate. Does anyone else get the same feeling? I think Apple made a poor choice of PC and Mac characters… and I seriously think it’s about time they stop these annoying ads!
I was just at my local Blockbuster and discovered a fantastic deal that’s going on nationwide. Trade in any 3 Wii, PS3 or Xbox 360 games and get Lost Planet, God of War II, or WarioWare: Smooth Moves absolutely free! This deal has no exclusions, so you could easily walk into your local used games store and pick up any 3 older 360 titles for around 10 bucks a pop and bring them over to Blockbuster.
If you don’t have any next gen titles you want to trade, you can also get this deal by trading in any 4 PS2, Gamecube or Xbox titles with a value of $9.99 or more.
I traded in some games myself and picked up Lost Planet. I only wish I’d discovered this deal before I’d paid cash for Smooth Moves at EB!
Great news for people living in Toronto and regularly using the TTC:
As of April 1st, 2006 you can use your TTC Metropass to get discounts at a bunch of great Toronto stores and businesses. There are 15 at the moment, and we’re sure more will want to join. You can also see all the stores mapped on our interactive “googlemap”.
Got this email from Scott today. Thanks Scott! Hope you win the contest 🙂
I probably should keep quiet about this so I would have a better
chance of winning it myself. 🙂
From the Rogers monthly email:
Rogers Yahoo! Hi-Speed Internet wants you to win the ultimate HD
experience this winter. Enter now and instead of curling up in front
of the fire, you could be staying warm in front of a Rogers HD PVR and
a Sony 46″ widescreen HDTV.
Sorry the forum looks like a mess right now. I’m installing new software and adding loads of new features. Once everything is set and done the new forum will be a zillion times better than the old one.
This deal is very variable from location to location. In some cities it’s a steal and in others it’s a rip-off. You’re basically allowed to choose any large (or in some cities medium) pizza with any crust and any number of toppings for a fixed price. In the Greater Toronto Area it’s $9.99 for a medium. In other cities it varies from $9.99 to $19.99 for a large or medium.
Today I got a coupon in my email for a free 6″ Sandwich with the purchase of any sandwich, chips and drink. Unfortunately, Quiznos write the person’s name on the coupon so it can’t be used by anyone else. Your best bet is to join the Quiznos mailing list so that you get future offers and coupons.
