Canadian Tire is having a scratch and save event this weekend where you can save anywhere from 10-100% of your total purchase.  The scratch off ticket is included with the new Canadian Tire flyer.  It seems to be across Canada as Patty Smyth posted from Quebec and my in laws have them with the flyers they are delivering in Alberta.  I love being able to make my own sale!  I think I may have to pick up some garden stuff and maybe something for Mother’s Day and my husband’s birthday.  Keep your eyes peeled for your Scratch and Save ticket!

This coming week the Walmart flyer in Quebec has Pillbury Pizza Pops and Toaster Strudels for $1.97. So you can stock up at just $0.97 each if you have the $1 coupons. The Pizza Pop ones were found in store and the Toaster Strudel ones I have are from save.ca.  In order to get the save.ca  ones you first have to sign up at lifemadedelicious.ca. Walmart flyers are often the same nationwide so thanks to a bunch of great coupon trades I plan on stocking up my freezer. The flyer runs from April 28th to May 4th.

Amazon has put another category of movies/tv on sale.  This time it’s Sci Fi and Fantasy and you can save up to 53% on movies and tv shows on both DVD and BluRay.  Actually you can save more than 53% seeing as some are discounted up to 60%.  There are some great shows to pick from for the Sci Fi/Fantasy fan in your life and as always, shipping is free on orders over $39.  They have the Star Trek movies and tv show, Stargate Atlantis, Doctor Who, The X Files and a whole bunch of movies.  So much to pick from.
