There doesn’t seem to be anywhere to redeem a code anymore on the pamper wesbite.
I know, unfortunately. All I just did is install their App on my cellphone. Click # of points (locate top right corner) you have on your account, then go to “Add Code”, click lower left corner which allow you to “Manual Code Entry”. Good luck.
I sent them an email as I do not own a cell phone.
Same experience. Went on-line and could not find a “Submit code” option.
Downloaded the app and selected the manual input option.
My points were registered, but I liked having the website option available as well.
Too bad. I think they removed the option of entering the code through website. Hope this removal was kind of mistake or temporary and will appear again soon.
I agree. HAVING to use an app is not convenient.
