The French bakery, patisserie, café and restaurant, PAUL, will open its first location in Canada! The 131 year old bakery originating from France will be opening up its first Canadian location in downtown Vancouver.
In 1889 The Mayot family, a family of agricultural workers in the Artois region of Northern France, led by Charlemagne Mayot and his wife ran a small bakery located in rue de la Mackellerie in Croix, near Lille. PAUL has grown tremendously since and is present in over 33 countries.
You Would expect Montreal to be first. They have Paul in Lebanon
Oh yeah good point!
Why not Toronto? Pauls would do well there!
I will be there for sure as I am in Vancouver and Love French Pastries,Bread and other products.
