Recently ordered something from 1-plus.com for the first time, and just did not have a great experience 🙁 They won’t respond to my emails about parts of my order being ‘cancelled’ by them .. but, it is a good thing you can return items to their retail stores.
Items get cancelled if they are out of stock. I order for my mom on there all the time. If you canot get a response via net try giving them a call they actually usually have excellent customer service.
