I onlyreceive the penn email on the same day .no advance notice, I went last nite at the 40 percent event bought 52.00 of panties,still at 40 percen at 8.00 they cost me 4.80 even tough in store they are 5 for 26.99 so I only saved 40 cents a pair .I think they should have taken off 40 percent off 26.99 .today they are even cheaper at half off they would cost me 4.00. i purchased for 155 last nite.at 36.99 for 5 it would be 5.20 a pair and i asked the girl are they 40 percent off,i thought they would cost me 5.20 off 40 percent.2.08 removed so would have been3.12 each.i mean we cannot go to penn every day, one day 40 per cent you buy and then next day 50 percent off.i do not live close to the store.
