I would avoid People Jewellers for any online shopping. They have zero customer service. I ordered an item last December and the website said explicitly it would arrive before Christmas when I ordered. It arrived in January. The customer service phone number wasn’t working and they wouldn’t respond to any emails. It was a horrible experience and I will never online shop with them again.
