I think it says choose a mimimum of 3 samples….so choose ’em all if offered!! I read it as only 3 the first time, but when I ordered for my daugher, I choose all expecting them to come back and say only 3 – but all went through

Sucks! It asked me what detergent I use, and I put other, and it said there was no samples to offer me at this time.
Thanks got 7 choices (i think??). I answered store brand for all the questions and checked other and wrote in store brand when not given the option. Can’t wait for it to arrive!!

I (21) signed up and got febreze, pantene, tide, scope, secret, crest strips, the whole deal.
My BF did it, it asked him about laundry soap, he says store brand and that was it.
My mom did it (63), it asked her the same questions as me and she gave the same answers and got nothing.
I was asked one question about detergent. Didn’t get any samples.
I signed up for both my mom and I. Both times got 6 samples. Only difference was I got Always while she got the Crest Whitestrip. Otherwise we both got the Tide, Pantene, Febreeze, Scope and Secret spray.
age, sex and what you put down have all something to do with it as I put my hubby and he got 3 items, myself I got 6 and my sister (21) got 8.

i think maybe they are tracking IPs now (which is probably good.) i signed up for myself (got 7), but i always sign my mother up as well (in another city) and they said ‘sorry, we have no samples that match your profile at this time.” which is odd, being as I gave the same answers for her as I did for myself.
The female in my house got 7 samples , but the male in my house got only 3 samples for the exact same answers & the same age ..LOL

Han anyone manged to get the PRO GLIDE razor shown in the picture , I don’t think its available its only shown for illustration purposes . Even the people who got 8 samples ( which I believe is the maximum ) DIDN’T have the Pro glide razor included 🙁 , but FREE is FREE so can’t complain , great & generous samples for all the other products 🙂
I think we just randomely get lucky depending on when u get thru.. maybe every 4th person or something gets them all lol

@Kingy…………….. just re-register an account:) i did twice, different email, then choose ‘other’ or ‘none’ and samples will appear. Only 3 did for me …but better than nothing. I think the Head & Shoulders shampoo & conditioner is just one combo bottle .. its probably & shampoo cum conditioner bottle , might not be 2 separate bottles for each .

I think my account is broken. 🙁 I get “We’re sorry, the email address entered is currently not registered for P&G BrandSAMPLER”… But when I try to register, it says that my email address is already registered. blah. I’ll go try my other email addy, I guess.
When I try to register with my other email address it says that their records show that a user with that email address already exists. I have never used that one with them before, for sure. Ugh. 🙁 I just want to use one email address for this and it won’t even let me.
I couldn’t even register on their site. It kept saying “Please complete the required fields” but didn’t tell me which fields I was missing and I’ve filled in everything with a *. I tried two different browsers too. 🙁 I would have liked some nice freebies.
Heatfruit, maybe the missing field is your password. I believe you need one upper case and one number in it. That was my missing field. I hope it helps.

Yes I had password problems too, Susan. Kept trying and trying and after 20 minutes or so, they logged me in.(same password)
Then I fill out the 3 available questions, opting for store brands, and they tell me I don’t qualify to receive any samples at this time.

Ordered for my mom and got offered always liners, tide, scope, pantene (chose it, asks you which one you’d like i chose frizzy to smooth because it had a sample rather than a coupon), head & shoudlers, febreeze (chose it- it’s full sized!), secret spray (chose it).
First time using brandsampler, hope it comes soon!
I was told to choose 3 items out of 4….not one of them was anything I’d ever use so I didn’t bother 🙁
By the way, choosing “store brand”, “none”, or competing brands (ex. Herbal Essences, Dove) will get you the most choices.

I answered the questions honestly for which brands I use (Always, Purex, Herbel Escences) and was offerded 7 items.
And for the people saying it said to choose 3 items, you misread. It said choose AT LEAST 3 items, meaning they don’t want to pay to send out packages with only one sample. I was able to collect all 7 of the items offered to me.
