I would like to create a postage stamp as a Birthday gift. How do I go
about it? I have been fooling around on the computer for over 2hrs. &
am totally FRUSTRATED!! A couple of years ago I did it for my sister
and it was so simple. I got the form from Canada Post and Vola ~ there it
was ~ Beautiful. Now ~ the post office has NO forms and on the computer
it is a horrible run-a-round!!!!!! Sure hope You CAN Help, Frustrated!!
