It’s that time of year again. Your SPC card is getting closer to expiring and you’re going to need a new one. Well if you pre-order yours online you will also receive a $10 off Shopping Card for your choice of retailers. There is a minimum to spend with each of the cards, ranging from $30-$60 and most of them have an expiry date for the end of 2012. Not a bad deal if these are places you shop. I like the Boston Pizza one the best.

I am another that missing the VIP and personally called to find out why. I would think that it would hurt their promotion if they are no longer doing it. There must be many people who voiced there complaints?
i miss it too, it helped cover the taxes. i can still buy a spc card but can only use the card when my son is next to me, he’s is in elementary, and only on his things not for the rest of us in the family. unfortunately i do most of my shopping when he’s in school because he tells me “shopping is boring”, especially for his clothes, so i’d use it a lot less than a vip spc card. it doesn’t make sense to get one under their current restrictions. this would of helped when i was in university, too late now, anyone know of a similar discount card for non-students?
