Yes, the prices are in USD (as mentioned in the first paragraph of the post) even though it is the Canadian Puma site.
Also, the shipping is free on all orders as it says on their site. I personally ordered a shoe (for less than $99) and there was no shipping costs.
Please try proceeding with the order and the shipping cost should be $0.
