Big Al, that’s just cruel, getting the employee to do extra work and then treating them like they have any pull in the company. I find Quiznos subs delicious and I’ve been successful using coupons that I’ve received from them in the mail.

I agree with hya, I’ve never had a problem using coupons and whenever I have had a problem I phone the customer service hotline @ 1-866-4TOASTED. Call them and they will reimburse you for the value.
