To grab one of these limited edition t-shirts, of which there are only 5,000 available, you will have to follow these simple directions:
- you must buy five of the participating Reese Peanut Butter Cup 3-Cups Candy between December 8, 2014 and June 15, 2015
- Download the Official Order Form PDF, print and complete the necessary sections
- Mail the five original UPC codes from your Reese’s 3-cups candy bars with the Official Order Form in an envelope and send to:REESE 3-Cup Anniversary T-Shirt Offer, P.O. Box 9410, Don Mills, Ontario M3C 4C6.
