got some gift cards today at rexall, (HBC and rexall ones) and my bonus miles have not been added. store manager said it will take a month! i couldnt return the gift cards, as they were already processed. hopefully i’ll get my bonus miles. otherwise, i have to go back to the store in a month…. =(
The store can’t help with missing miles, you need to go through Air Miles (which I have done several times)
