When I was in Rexall in West Vancouver on 16th street a few months ago; I used the book of coupons and asked for $5 off as the coupon read; the lady there had a debate with me saying it did not apply unless the product was a Rexall product. I said the coupon states it is on anything in the book. I did get it in the end, after much humiliation and not a very good feeling. I was embarassed by her challenging me about the coupon.
