This weekend, earn 20 Air Miles for every $15 spent when you spend $50 or more at Rexall/PharmaPlus. That means if you spend $60, you will earn 80 Air Miles, around $8.40 in cash rewards – not as good as some of their recent coupons but I find Rexall’s Air Miles credit much quicker than other stores. Even better, Rexall counts coupons towards Air Miles so start using up those December expiries – unless you want to be like me last year and try and spend them all on New Years Eve (the cashier at Shoppers Drug Mart was so unimpressed she still goes on break when she sees me).
Redeem 95 Air Miles in-store for a $10 discount on your purchase and they will kick back 25 Air Miles as a thank you for spending your Air Miles.
No coupon is needed for either of these deals.
I also heard quite an earful when I used 3 of my expiring coupons at Walmart. The cashier said “I have never seen SO many expiring coupons before.”
I like your comments regarding SDM cashiers was not impressed with your expiring coupons. All they like are customers paying full price and without Optimum cards. They believe that you are cheating the store $ when you use a coupon and they are the Store Police to fight cheating customers, without realizing that even you use coupons, the manufacturers are still making $$ as the cost of the products cost nothing. I was once critizeed I was cheating on the Optimum points when I received 20x points with coupons by a Cosmetician.
I actually escalated an issue with SDM for the same reason, the cash manager refused to scan my Optimum card and very loudly told me I was cheap etc – she doesn’t work there anymore 😉
Proud of you! You are a very smart shopper.
