You need a personal PIN number….
if you’re a Rogers customer you should have one 🙂
If you don’t phone customer service and they’ll give you the pin.
If you don’t have one yet, keep an eye on your bill – it could be on one of the little leaflets they send or as Boo say’s call customer service (that’s what I’m going to do!)
Just called CS and they said only selected customers are entitled? The girl wouldn’t give me a pin number.
I received a special mail out yesterday which had the pin number on it, so watch your mail.
Does anyone know when this promotion is over? I haven’t received anything in the mail yet 🙁
Just checked the letter they sent me and it says that it is good until Aug. 31.
This is the letter:
Dear me:
It’s our pleasure to say “happy anniversary” and to express our sincere thanks to you for your business with Rogers Wireless.
In celebration of your anniversary with us and in recognition of your loyalty to Rogers, we have a special gift waiting for you
Then it goes on to give me my pin code and the website to claim it.
Did you receive just the letter alone?? or did it come with the bill I’ve yet to receive one 🙁
It was just the letter – in a little mail out that looks somewhat like junk mail, though persoanlly addressed. The outer booklet said something like a gift for being a Rogers customer, and the letter was inside.
just order the audioCD, 7 habits of highly effective…, which is about 40$ on amazon, so much better value than a music album.
