Most Sampler offers are not guaranteed and you have to qualify for them, however, in this case a sample if guaranteed so be sure to claim your free sample! If you have received a Cetaphil sample from Sampler in the past though, it looks like you will not be able to claim it again. I was not offered a free sample but I’m fairly sure I did receive a Cetaphil sample through Sampler last year.
