Just got logged in and it says….it’s 10:13am Atlantic.
“No samples currently available!
Sorry! We are currently out of stock! Samples are usually available Spring, Summer, and Fall (while supplies last). Because you are a registered member, if you qualify for items we have coming up, we will automatically email you.”

I never received an email and it says no samples available when I log in.

It seems they’re all out, as the page went from being broken, to immediately updating to say there aren’t any. Sucks.

This did not work
you have to keep refreshing, but it is a pain and not worth the same 8-10 samples.
I was just able to login and it said:
“We currently do not have any samples available for you, but do not worry! When our next round of samples is ready that matches your profile, we will automatically email you. Stay tuned!”
Not impressed.
MIne says that there are still samples available. To keep checking back.

Seems like no one has actually be able to get in, and everyone’s saying its not actually live. Everyone just assumed it was today and the site crashed.

I finally got in, but only got 7 items.

Finally got in at 10:45am. I was choosing my products and got a “high volume” message for an hour. This round of samples didn’t go smoothly… very frustrating!!
Every year gets tougher and tougher as more and more people learn about this site. I remember a decade + ago u could go on hours later and still get samples. I got 14 this morning! Yeah
been trying since 9:00 this morning, nothing. This is my first time that I have been unable to log on, something not right

I’ve been trying since 8:45am. Been ordering for years and never had problem before. If it’s saying that that there are a lot of samples left this many hours later they must be having major issues. I wish that they were more transparent.
Started trying since 9am and got “high volume of traffic” message for 3+ hrs, finally got 10 samples. There are some samples I didn’t select. They had major issue this time.
I’m calling it….epic fail.
Probably this is the pandemic people already at home fighting for this, second the site wasn’t ready for large volume of web traffic, thirdly the sample aren’t really that great, but I got 11 samples
Just logged in and got 10 samples.
It’s working now. I qualified for 12 and chose 9.
wow. given the technical mess all day….guess they are trying to make it up with more samples. Got 16 of 16 + 1 extra.

I’ve never gotten so many 15/16 plus 1 extra. I think the site is still messed up though, it wouldn’t let me log in at 8:30 pm MST even though I was logging in and refreshing all day until about 4 pm. It said I was registered on the US site, I had to register under a different email but it all worked out fine.
Worst campaign they’ve had so many issues wasn’t able to get any very disappointing hopefully they’re companies find out and either fix it or try other Avenues
Tried all day yesterday couldn’t get in either high volume message or system down. Tried this morning again but try to log in and nothing happens! Ridiculous the amount of time I have spent!
It’s working this morning and I got 15/16 (carnation was sold out) + bonus!
I was able to log in this morning and received about 11 samples plus a surprise one!

Got in easily this morning. I also got 11 samples and the bonus jam offer. 🙂
I had to switch to my laptop from my iPad because the page wasn’t displaying properly and went to an error page after submitting my order.I see the samples are gone now as listed on their Instagram page
