I tried to order from Sears.com, nope, then I tried to order a $40 item on Sears.ca, nope, “doesn’t meet the requirements remove card promo” it was a craftsmen wet/vac I called in, very friendly Phillipino girl (now wants to come visit Canada) could not get it to work, she said, and I quote “the item must start with a nine”; suggested I “try it” at the store, called the store, nobody in hardware (really? 2 pm on a Thursday afternoon??) a snooty operator gets me a grumpy sounding manager, “nope, I’d HAVE to order that in…” yea? well, I’d HAVE to hang up now. Your survival is no longer in question in my mind.
