Sears Canada is selling this amazing LED TV by Samsung, the 46″ Full HD 1080p 60Hz TV, for now just $549.99; a total $305 off the original retail price of $854.99.

While both Future Shop and Best Buy Canada are advertising the same 46″ Samsung TV for a nearly comparable price of $539.99, their price is not competitive with the offer from Sears once you go through the process of adding in all the taxes and shipping fees.

At Sears, when I ran my order through my total came to $700.85 when you included all of the applicable taxes and shipping fees. However, when I ran it through at Future Shop and Best Buy, who’s price is technically lower starting out, my total came to $728.49.

If you do wish to ship buy this TV through Future Shop/Best Buy, you can reserve the TV in-store so you can skip out on the shipping and handling fees, but you will only have until January 15th to take advantage of this sale price from these retailers (Sears does not specify when their sale is ending).
