   Found a few great deals this time around – comforter and shams, shirt for son, and a towel.
   However, remember cosmetics is not included for a discount. When I made my initial order, I had four makeup sets ordered, and because their system was down at 6 a.m., I couldn’t see the final prices of my items. When I finally got the email, found they were full price – which was MY fault because I didn’t read the exclusions, duh! Anyway, great customer service as a nice woman cancelled those items for me.

   The last time this was offered I had a hard time with the site so called after placing the order. He canceled said order and reordered. I received BOTH orders- the canceled one as well as the new one he ordered! The lady at the Sears office was NOT impressed. She told me they say that they can cancel within 48 hours but it never happens.

   same experience with Sears @Lou Blair. They also deny cancelling order and they will say I was the one who cancelled it and reorder again. Back order is confusing at sears

   I think if I remember her post from the last time she asked to have it concealed . If your pick up location does not give you full credit for the rt just call credit dep and tell them what happened and they will credit you all the service charges . I have never had a problem with sears but then I always order by phone and by the next day I have confirmation by e-mail so I know all worked out . Plus my pick up location is great they will even call for me if I a problem .

   I ordered the weekend of Jan 13-14th. Same deal. The 40% discount was not appied. I’m told the bill will be correct. If not then call 1-888-473-2772 and they will fix it. Sears is getting to be more trouble than it’s worth to me.
