Do not place any online orders to Sears. Their tracking order system does not work and their orders take for ever to arrive. I placed an order Boxing Week and I’m still waiting. Also, if you want to return an online order to a store, they do not refund you but take the product. They send the return to their warehouse back east and once processed, then you receive your money back….reports from others on social media are reporting 5-6 weeks at least .
