Final Sale?!? Ew! They’re crazy. Sears online has the worst photos (poor zoom, usually don’t show all colours, etc.) and often no descriptions of their stuff. I usually order a lot, but return half. Final Sale=buying nothing! Especially when I have to pay the $3 handling.
Isnt their stand alone outlet store final sale? I dont mind this promo but there isnt anything im interested in.

The 40% is not coming off of their home decor items! I thought I’d buy a few things from their section “home decor” but no discont. So what is for 40% off?? Besides clothing.
Pft, last time I bought a ton and they never even told me that half of it was cancelled! I had to contact THEM and they told me the manufacturer ran out or something….great reason to not tell ME my items wouldn’t be arriving.

yeah, I’ll pass, no returns is a crazy ONLINE policy, physical outlet store no return policy – that I understand (kind of), but not online!
does it mean it’s final sale no returns, or that it’s the final sale of 50% off this year? when you go to the returns info, it says that outlet.ca items can be returned within 10 days of pickup with proper package and receipt/proof of purchase.
I personally dont see anything I like this time around so I didnt order, but last time I ordered 8 panels of lined faux silk curtains for $10 each and they were regular $40. great deal!

dizzyb: Some Sears Catalogue areas have a change room, if not after I pick up my items I go the the Womens wear section, tell the Sales person am trying on the stuff I just bought……:)…..then if it doesnt fit, I go back to the Catalogue area and return it:)
I think “FINAL SALE” is being misinterpreted. Last time they ran this sale, I called Sears for clarification on their return policie cause they were misleading. I was specifically inquiring about “Exchange only on retail clearance priced merchandise within 10 days” & was told that this only applies to RETAIL stores NOT to the Sears OUTLET websit — ALL internet purchases can be returned!

A receipt or proof of purchase is required for Merchandise purchased on the sears.ca outlet site. Purchases must be returned within 10 days of delivery / pickup of order providing that they are in new and unused condition, with all original packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.
So if there’s something you’re really interested in purchasing, call customer service at 1-800-267-3277 to reconfirm the above & ease your mind vs. passing up your purchase!
In the print at the bottom it says no returns. Generally you can return online outlet items, but they want it gone.
