The Canadian site will only allow you to pick the normal three samples. Am I doing something wrong or is this only in the US?

I ordered from Sephora yesterday and used this promo code and it let me pick 1 of 3 choices. Once I placed my order I checked my receipt and it did not mention it was included. I e-mailed the company and they said I will NOT be getting it because its going to Canada.).
Update : They admitted they screwed up and instead of sending me out the kit they gave me 100 ‘points’ which is the equivalent to basically squat. Not impressed.
