These offers have barcodes and thus are not specific to any account, and the barcode also means that the offer will not expire after one use.

For those who might need help determining the value of this offer, 15,000 points for spending $60 in lower in value than a 20x offer. With a 20x the points offer you would receive 15,000 points for spending only $50.
