It appears that Shoppers Drug Mart has listened to the many pleas to add a password to Optimum accounts – the only problem is most of us have been lazy and logged in with our postal code for so long that we can’t remember passwords etc.
Click here to access your My Optimum account and set up a new password and security questions to ensure you can log into your Optimum account in the future. (You need to enter two of the current login security answers – date of birth, postal code & mother’s maiden name)
Hopefully this helps stop fraudulent transfers!
It’s about time, i’m really tired of people going into my account every week *joke*
They also need a password to redeem points!! I lost my card and someone used up 95000 points!! Luckily they were able to credit my points back. Since then I put “PLEASE ASK FOR ID” on the card and NOT a single cashier has ever looked at it!! sigh!
I’m trying to set new password but stuck at first step, when ever I enter my optimum card # they said its wrong information. Same with my husbands card, now afraid if I tried too many times may be they block my card. What should I do know. May be call them….
Ok at last able to create new password.
I had the same issue as Noor, it took me a few times because they kept saying my information was incorrect. I’m glad that I saw this post about it being new because I thought I forgot that there was a password for my optimum card!
It seems to working alright now. When did this issue arise?

That happened to some people before, for some, they just tried again later and it worked, others had to call and have something reset
