There is a rumour that Shoppers Drug Mart will be holding an invite event this week where you redeem for regular amounts but get points back when you redeem.

• Redeem 95,000 points for $170 and get 30,000 points back (worth over $50 – more at bonus redemption)
• Redeem 50,000 points for $85 and get 15,000 points back (worth over $25 – more at bonus redemption)

I heard this yesterday, but The__Rock posted it in the forums today and is usually correct about Shoppers Drug Mart rumours.  We thought we would let you know despite it being uncomfirmed as people may want to shop the promo to get enough points to redeem.  They did hold this promo in late July last year too, points were added a week after the redemption.
