Will I get two 18,500-point if I do two $75 transaction with a same optimum card? Thanks.
Yes, I have done more than one before
^^ I know someone who did it last time and got the points, but they did it on two different days
I have done several purchases at once by purchasing just over the required ammount then ringing through the rest to go just past the required $ ammount and getting the full points both times. Works well with no questions or hasseles. I got a nice mid-priced digital camera on points the one time! It is well wort the exercise and there are many “quiet sales” at Shoppers. Always ask and get to know the local managers, staff, owner…. Well worth it!
Curious – what do people buy @ Shoppers? Only have experience of those in Nova Scotia and London, ON. Frankly, cannot afford their prices. We’re not brand-purchasers and their store brand items are no deal. Anything they have that we’d buy we purchase for much less money elsewhere – even the Superstore is cheaper (and they’re pretty expensive!). Anyone?
Sue, for me it depends on what they have on sale. They generally have the best prices on milk (in ON where it is pointable). While I find SDM expensive, I can usually find enough sale items to get close to $50 and top it up with items that I can get close to free with coupons. $75 promos are too much for me unless I am buying perfume etc
