Whether you have kids or not a lot of us that celebrate Christmas with gifts at one time or another end up having to buy for a little kid who already appears to have everything. Clothes just aren’t any fun!
A while ago my son played this game during a speech assessment and he had so much fun playing it. I liked it too, a treasure hunt of sorts!
The Curious George Discovery Beach Boardgame. Search the Seashore for Hidden Treasures! Join Curious George on a seashore scavenger hunt! Search for sea creatures and colorful treasures hidden below 5 secret beach locations. Find the most treasures to win! No mess! Treasures and “sand” stay sealed
The suggest age is 3-8  but I can see an older child of 10 enjoying this game. I even had fun searching for “treasure.”
I did find the game online @ Chapters for $29.99 but you can use the 5 off code “debit5” if you pay via interac making it 24.99. Free Shipping with orders over $25. Or if you live near a Chapters you can print a 25% off one item coupon and pay $22.49 provided it’s in stock.
They had these on clearance at Walmart this summer for $10. I looked at it for my 3 year old but it is a little complicated so I would say it is ages 5 and up. Cute game though.
My guy is 4 and loved it. You can change how the game plays to make it easier for little ones. 🙂
You got a fantastic deal, I’ve never seen it that cheap.
I got it for my just-turned-3 year old daughter last year, and with only a very little help the first time from me or her 6 year old sister, she was able to play. This has been a favourite all year, and even interests the older neighbour children who come to play.
This is the new age computer generated Curious George.
I will silently boycott.
