Sobeys Ontario has a couple of “Spend & Get!” offers running from Thursday, June the 28th, to Sunday, July the 1st. For these four days there are a couple of coupons that you can use that are found in the flyer.

With the first coupon, you will get a $10 bonus Sobeys gift card when you make a $100 grocery purchase, before taxes, in a single transaction. This excludes the usual items like gift cards, alcohol, post office, lottery, etc. The second coupon is for 100 bonus Air Miles reward miles when you spend $100 on groceries.

For each of these items there is a limit of one offer per coupon, so it looks like you can do each offer multiple times if you wish. You cannot, however, combine both coupons, and receive the Air Miles and the bonus gift card with one purchase. You can use both coupons, but you must use them separately.
