Where does the discount show up? I put them in my cart, put in the code, got the green “coupon accepted” message at the bottom but they remain the same price. Do I have to put in my billing info first?
To answer my own question: You need to go to the next step and put in your shipping and billing and than go to the final step and you will see the new total on the page where you put in your credit card number.

if you go online and buy both regular and sale priced items it will only give you 10% off. you need to do 2 seperate transactions.

Softmoc has a lot of great deals but beware when you use their coupons in conjunction with shipping. I found out by accident that without the coupon the shipping cost is lower. When you apply a coupon, the shipping cost is higher. They make their money back on the shipping.
Mardi, its abot 9$ a pair for shipping, non sale items usually have free shipping. I agree play arond with the cart to figure out your best deal.
Thanks for the tip, Sally. I buy a lot of shoes from Softmoc and in fact haven’t shopped anywhere else for shoes in a long time. I usually do the in-store pickup now just to save the extra few bucks. Unless the shipping is free, of course 🙂
