I have had two orders with Staples through its website. Please read the Shipping FAQs and the fine print about no tracking info if item ships from vendor (third party) warehouse. Unless Staples has identified which items online are third-party (one of my items was such but not stated), you will be possibly waiting well past 2-3 business days, more like two weeks, for your shipment and not have a tracking number to see where the package is in transit.
Be wary of items only sold online-you should chat with online CSR to find out if items are Staples’ distribution centre items or third party.
