Next Thursday, March 15th, plan on stopping by your local Starbucks between 10am and 12 noon. During that time, Starbucks will be holding is 2nd annual Coffee Break. All company-operated and licensed Starbucks stores in the U.S., Canada, New Zealand, Australia, Thailand, Malaysia, the Philippines, Indonesia and Greater China will be giving away free Tall (12-ounce) cups of coffee to anyone who drops by. Starbucks Coffee Masters clad in black aprons will be present during each of the coffee breaks to kick off the company’s spring brewing sale and to answer any questions you might have about the coffee or coffee brewing. Last year, many stores used the coffee break period to sample some of their pastries out to customers waiting in line, as well.

Wow! Amazing deal. Thanks.
Even the Starbucks in Indonesia??
You can get FRESH coffee from vendors on the street in Indonesia for about 10 cents – fresh local JAVA from the Indonesian island of Java. Why anyone would buy expensive Starbucks coffee while in Java, Inonesia is beyond me. I imagine they would have to give it way for fr…oh, yes that is what they are doing.
The Starbucks Coffee where I work did not know about the promotion being held. They called in the manager. After discussion, the coffee was being given away to people who asked for it and there were a few, but not promoted as it is on the website. They told us they were not informed about the anniversary special. Oh well, all is good, we received our coffee as promised.
i posted this elsewhere but for those in Toronto, i went the one at college and st. george near U of T and they had a sign posted that the free coffee deal was done with due to high demand. i went around 11am.

Despite what anyone believe, a french press is absolutely greater than any other brew of coffee I’ve ever tasted. If you have any of time, take a peak over to the how-to guide we’ve assembled at frenchpresshowto.com. Thanks for the article!
I got a french press from IKEA for like $12, it’s the best.
