It’s coming back…! Starbucks Canada announced the other day at locations across the country that Frappuccino Happy Hour was indeed coming back this year, and that yes, there would be a new and decadent drink being added to the lineup too (and no, this one isn’t named after a mythical creature).
From May 5 to May 14, Starbucks will be offering half priced frappuccinos from 3pm-6pm each day of the promotion. This is usually a pretty chaotic time at Starbucks, so I suggest you go earlier in the promotion (closer to 3 rather than just before it ends at 6) to ensure that you get the least stressed and cranky barista.
Here’s a list of the frappuccinos that Starbucks currently offers, but there have been rumours of a new flavour being released during the promo that’s going to be called “Midnight Madness Frappuccino”. The Smores frappuccino is also said to be making a return.

A while ago there was supposedly a Starbucks promotion posted on this blog. After some research I found that the promotion was only valid for those in Vancouver, British Columbia.
None of the links posted in this blog post point to any Happy Hour in Canada or is specific where within Canada; therefore unless more info is released shortly, like the last promotion from Starbucks posted on this blog, I’m going to declare this Starbucks promotion; false.

As for the Frappuccino Happy Hour, the release of the Happy Hour has been the same in the US and Canada for the past few years.
