Are we able to purchase appetizers and desserts at same time as getting quarter chicken specials?
I went to a London Ontario location today for the special and was told that they had run out of white meat. This was at 3:30pm in the afternoon. I had another person with me that wanted the special for herself and her child. Your business lost 4 specials today and I will think twice whether I return to that location ever again. How can you run out of the product by 3pm on the day that is advertised to get the special….the evening supper hour wasn’t even started yet!?! I was completely baffled that this had happened on such a big day for Swiss Chalet….totally disappointed.
They ran out of chicken dinners in St. Catharines and the staff locked the doors even with diners still inside. They were rude to customers.
They ran out of chicken in at least 2 locations in Durham region – that I know of as well as Peterborough and Lindsey. What a poorly organized company. Why advertise something if you are not ready for the response ??
65th Anniversary a big disappointment. Planned to take our parents there for their 68th Anniversary and told there was a 45 to hour way. So then a few minutes later were told they were out of chicken. That was 4:30…….. Maybe you should have another day or two of the special to allow those that drove to have dinner only to be told there was no chicken and thus no supper. Not impressed….
What an unmitigated disaster. I felt sorry for the staff, caught up in the zoo that the restaurant became. I got my pre-ordered meal, but it was stone cold and missing several items. Never again.
Turned me off Swiss Chalet the staff was so rude at 11 am. Never going again,
