This offer is shown on the last page of the Target Quebec flyer for the week beginning September 19th. I would assume the offer will begin on that day and will extend to the 25th, although no dates are given in the ad. For the Quebec area, the offer is not available at the Pointe-Claire store.

This offer should extend to all of Canada as well, but we do not have a look at any other Target flyers as of yet, so this will be verified later in the week.
