Target Canada Now Carrying e.l.f. Cosmetic Products

blog

Here is some exciting news for fans of the e.l.f. cosmetics line. Target Canada is now carrying select e.l.f. cosmetics! I have never tried any e.l.f. products but I have heard so much about them and I know that this was one of the lines people had hoped Target would be carrying in Canada.

There are only two price points for all of these products. Everything is either $4 or $8. All of the brushes are $4, and while I can’t comment on the quality, they make some very useful brushes, like an arced eyeliner brush for gel liner, which cost me over $20 the last time I purchased one. For $4 these brushes certainly seem worth a try. Cosmetics include HD powder for only $8, which I have read is a dupe for the MakeUpForever HD powder that costs about $32.

Have you or do you use any e.l.f. products? What are your favorite and what would you recommend?

The Studio Line blush in Candid Coral is my all-time favourite blush.

I really don’t get why people like this brand the cosmetics are cheap quality and MADE IN CHINA, I’m sorry but I don’t trust their safety standards. Choose your cosmetics wisely, paraben-free and fragrance free. It’s not a bargain when you put toxins into your body.

I have been using ELF cosmetics for the past few years and love their products! I agree with Jean above, their Studio Line blushes are awesome. I too use Candid Coral as well as Blushing Rose. Their baked blush is good too, eyeshadows are great and I can’t leave the house without using their Eyebrow Kit! I recently purchased their black kohl eyeliner with built-in sharpener and it is AMAZING. Better quality than eyeliners I have bought from many other companies. I haven’t had too much luck with their lip products, but that’s probably because my lips get unusually dry and peely (more than the average person). So I just stick to Burt’s Bees tinted lip balm and reapply all day long.

I will definitely have to check out the selection at Target, although these prices sound pretty high. The ELF website often has promotions for 50% off or free shipping, and their everyday prices are VERY low.

    Thanks for posting!!

Did they have the baked blushes/highlighters in stores? I’ve wanted to try them buy was too scared to order online.

AWESOME. I’m so excited, I asked as soon as Target had a facebook page if they’d be carrying it.

Hopefully it goes on sale, but if you’re not ordering a bunch from the US then a dollar more here and there for the items is a much better deal than $15 shipping for only a few items.

I LOVE their mineral infused mascara!! I never had any luck with mascara until I tried theirs. My eyes would burn and tingle with every other brand out there!! I wish I had known that Target would eventually carry E.L.F before I ordered a stock pile of mascara! lol

I have a few ELF products – nothing mind blowing, but I use at least one product regularly. Happy to see the products at Target – if I’m buying more than 5 things, I think it is still a better deal online.

In terms of the brushes – I have not tried to studio line, but I have tried the $1 brushes. In my opinion, I’d spend $16 at Target or Walmart for the Real Techniques brushes. For $16 it is either 4 face brushes, or 4 eye brushes.

Thank you for the post about ELF!! Good to know!
