While target have not increased any liquidation discounts above 30% off regular prices, they have increased some of the discounts that were previously lower.

five min in the store it was obvious it was the same old same old disappointment sales from Target.
I will wait a few more weeks and take my chances then. Maybe by then their “sales” will be better then the everyday prices from their competitors.
Never step into one for the two years of it’s existence. The store does not carry anything different from any other retailers. The prices is not competitive against the other retailers. I would not waste my time venturing into it’s closing sales. Unless you have the patience, time and gas money to keep going back hunting for the bargains. I suggest don’t waste your time with this store.

I, for one, am going to miss Target. I loved matching my coupons with their clearance deals. And price matching competitor flyers, using my coupons, AND getting another 5% off with my Red card. As well, using a Target coupon, and a manufacturer coupon together. Where else can you do all this? I just could not, for the life of me, figure out why other Canadians could not see the deals. I walked out of Target with so many free items. I loved it! And if I ever had any problem, they returned items, no questions asked. Great store.
