Wow, so sad. What a great opportunity squandered. I feel so bad for all their (former) employees. 🙁

Looks like scenes from The Walking Dead! So sad!

The targets in my area are still open for at least another 7 days…

At the Circle & 8th store in Saskatoon, when I was in a week ago it was just so sad. No music playing, customers hardly talking, picking up odd things here and there, huge piles of discarded merchandise around the price scanners. There was a really eerie feeling around the store – like everyone could just feel the agony of the physical store itself. When I went in on Wednesday, it was even more bizarre – more people, but the same ‘tornado’s-gone-through-the-store’ feeling. While I appreciate the sales & bargains I got, it was just such an odd experience. My heart goes out to all Target employees – whenever I was in (which was quite frequently), they were always the best and just so amazing.

The “Destroy” bin pretty much sums up Target’s foray into Canada. You blew it Target. Big time. Thanks for nothing.
