To receive your $20 off mail-in rebate, simply download the rebate form, fill out your information, include your purchase receipt and a cut out of the UPC code and mail it in. Offer valid on purchase of all at-home TASSIMO models (T20, T45, T46, T47, T55 and T65) made between December 1, 2012 to January 31, 2013. Offer not valid in conjunction with any other promotions.
