If anyone wants this vacuum, it sold out online very early. You have to call around and many stores are sold out. Toronto Eaton Centre still has some though!
The Bay one is the turbine head, and it is terrible for normal carpet. If you have low pile carpet it’s decent. Watch out for the Turbine Head versus the Motorhead versions. Miele has the same problem…turbine head doesn’t do a good job on carpet.
