You have to register in advance to be able to attend these FREE Workshops, the registration dates are shown beside each workshop. The Home Depot Canada December, 2017 FREE workshops include:
- Do-It-Yourself Workshops:
- Saturday, December 02, 2017 – 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM: Freshen Up Your Style – Rediscover, Revive & Reveal: learn how to strip, sand & finish furniture. This workshop provides information on furniture stripping, sanding, finishing, reusing, and repurposing. Participants will assist with projects including refinishing furniture. (Registration closes Nov 26, 2017)
- Wednesday, December 06, 2017 – 07:00 PM to 08:00 PM: Create a Double-Drawer Nightstand .Weve got a workshop that will teach participants how to measure, cut, and assemble boards to create a double drawer nightstand, as well as discuss painting options for the various pieces prior to assembly.
(Registration closes Nov 29, 2017) - Sunday, December 17, 2017 – 01:00 PM to 02:00 PM: Tile Floors and Walls: select, lay cut and grout tile. We’ve got a workshop that will teach you how to install ceramic tiles on your floors and walls. You will learn how to plan, select and lay tiles over backer board and how to avoid common installation problems. (Registration closes Dec 10, 2017)

- Saturday, December 09, 2017 – 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM: Build a Gingerbread House If you are looking for a fun activity to do with the family, weve got a special holiday-themed workshop for kids that will teach them about building. Kids can learn how to build their very own Gingerbread House out of wood. (Registration closes Dec 2, 2017)
