The Home Depot Canada is offering free workshops this May and June! There are “Do-it-Yourself” in-store workshops for him, her, and kids & even more workshops offered online. Click here to register for a workshop and then click “submit” button once. Upcoming Workshops:

• Build a Retaining Wall (June 21st at 10am-11am): Learn what tools are necessary to build a retaining wall, where to find them in the store and if they’re available for rental from The Home Depot, learn the steps for building a retaining wall from preparing the trench with road base and paver sand to securing the top layer of blocks with construction adhesive
• Build a Riding Lawn Mower for Kids (June 14th 10am-12pm): An activity designed for children ages 4-12 where they will learn how to build a riding lawn mower using a hammer and glue
• Paint your Home’s Exterior (June 29 1pm-2pm): Prepare your home’s exterior for paint or stain, paint or stain the exterior of your home, paint moulding and trim, locate where the materials and tools that you’ll need are located in the store
• Pinterest Inspired How to Build an Outdoor Occasional Table (June 18th 7pm-8pm): Measuring with measuring tape, screw driving with cordless drill, cutting wood with circular saw, fastening with brad nailer
• Pinterest Inspired Built a Vertical Garden (May 25th 1pm-2pm): Identify the basic steps involved in vertical gardening, build a vertical garden container, identify the basic steps involved in planting annuals and perennials, describe basic steps to care for a vertical garden.
