Not loving The Source! I ordered a watch and a computer game on Dec. 13 (which were featured sales items I learned about through here!). As of today, these still have not arrived in store for pick up – and I have not heard anything about when to expect them! I have tried to use their package tracking system, but it keeps freezing when I try it, and its become a waste of time! Thinking about cancelling this order, though these are meant to be Xmas gifts!! Ughhh! Sure makes me think twice about attempting any boxing day sales with them!!
I feel your pain but mines with future shop was a week previous to your order. It still hasnt shippped.
If your order did ship to the store it should of sent you a notification..
I have had no problems with the Source. I ordered a lap top and a few things for xmas and got them with in 4 days. When I called the store though she said ” We’re having shipping problems”.
I feel lucky now I got my order.
I hope you guys get your purchases on time.
I’ve had a good experience with the source but i had it shipped to my house (I’m lazy…lol….) My problem for xmas shipping lies with Sears, as of today I still have no present for my godson, ordered 2 jackets (one for him one for his brother) got one the other now says backordered…..I have serious doubts I’ll get it in time….and no tracking with Sears either apparently…..Hope everyone gets their stuff!
My mother in law told us to go pick up our gifts from the local Sears depot, and we got there and they told my hubby that the order was cancelled and to get MIL to call them! Can you believe that? I feel your pain! I can’t believe that wouldn’t warrant a phone call TO my MIL to, say, let her KNOW her Christmas gifts were cancelled!!
