Well, the Tim Hortons on Dunlop Street West at Sarjeant Drive in Barrie is not a participating location. I went there to try to get this promotion and they had no idea about it. They asked if I had a barcode to show but there’s none. Ended up just paying for the full 20.

I tried to get this offer today and was told that because my order was a mobile order which I picked up in the drive thru, that I did not qualify.

  3. Jim says:

    FYI…. it’s buy 10 Timbits, get 10 Free BUT it’s when
you spends $10 or more. Deceiving as hell!!

  4. Caroline says:

The tv add says Spend 10$ at Tim’s and get 10 Timbits, not buy 10 timbits and get 10 free…

  5. Elisabeth Brunner says:

Ad says buy for $ 10.00 or over and you get 10 timbits for free, why are not all outlets participating in this?

  6. cheryl hanna says:

I just spent almost $12 at Timmies and when I asked about the tim bits I was told I didn’t ask for them !! Should it not just be automatic !! Starting to think I should take my business else where !! Not the only problem with them . Never get our coffee right and half the time our tea is wrong !

  7. Maurice Fazio says:

I agree, Maybe we should take our business elsewhere. Ever since a US corporation bought them out, everything seems to be going downhill in food, and service. Not to mention the stunt they tried to pull off when minimum wage was implemented in Ontario. I used to love my Timmies when Ron Joyce owned it.

  8. Karl says:

I have been at two Tim Horton’s restaurants (Hawker Rd. and Euclid St.) in Thunder Bay, ON. in the last few days and spent over $10.00 each time. I came home to see the “spend $10 at any Tim Horton’s” commercial advertised on TV. I did not receive my free 10 Tim bits. I’m very disappointed that I did not get the promotion that was advertised. It is even advertised on this page which makes me even more disappointed that I was never offered the free bits.

  9. Nick Bloomfield says:

  12. Robert Cavanagh says:

I went to the Horton’s at Adelaide and Sunningdale yesterday and today and spend over $18 each time and never was given 10 free timbits? I’ll. Be asking tomorrow though. Very disappointed 😐

  13. mary-anne says:

This promo is so not worth it!!

when you purchase a box of 10 tidbits, you pay over $2.00 including tax.

so why would i purchase something to the amount of $10.00, only to receive a

    “FREE” box of 10 timbits?

  14. Marlene says:

Went to Tim Hortons on Dufferin in Wallaceburg. Our order came to over $12. We paid for the order and asked about the free 10 timbits…we were told we did not ask before we paid therefore we couldn’t have it. If this is a promotion we shouldn’t need to ask for it…and what difference does it make if we already paid? They are supposed to be free. Maybe we will start going to Country Style instead.

  15. Babes woman says:

My order came to $11.27 today. I asked about 10 free timbits. The lady tried to tell me my order needed to be more than $11.59! Proceeded to ask me if I wanted them. I responded yes! I did spend more than $10. Wouldn’t know if we’re were asking them to make a batch on the spot!!

Timmy’s locations ALWAYS have a problem honoring their promos. Staff is NEVER aware of their own offers & expect customers to show them proof ????

  18. kay says:

I went to Tims a couple of days ago.. I drove off and noticed I had Timbits. I thought they messed up on my order which the Tims in town are known for. I went to Tims tonight and noticed I had Timbits. I didn’t know they had a promo going on. awesome!

  19. Xei says:

Went for breakfast with sticker posted of the $10 purchase free timbits on the ordering station. When i asked as i spent over $10, the guy said not in that location! Why place a sticker on the ordering station if you wont offer it! So silly’

  20. Yol says:

I went to the one which is on 410 Rue Jean-talon Ouest
    Montreal, QC H3N 1R2
my order was 21 $ when i asked for the timbites they said it’s starting tomorrow,
thought i heard the promotion on radio, and saw it on the screen when i was at the store.
Whats going on? were is the honesty

  21. P. says:

I went to the drive through in West Kelowna I saw the 10 Tim its came up on my order with price cancelled, I got my purchases and they had the box of tidbits there but did not give it to me until I asked for it. Makes me wonder what they would do with it if I hadn’t asked.

  22. Salina says:

I just came from Tim’s and spend $18. Nothing was mentioned and I did not get free timbits 😞

  23. Chris says:

Just had the same experience in Parksville. Spent $20 and when I asked it about the girl was going to give it to me but the guy said was a promotion and they didn’t just hand them out – Like what?

  24. Sam says:

Pretty bad customer service by Tim Hortons at the Esso Had Station at corner of 64th and 120th Street in Surrey, BC ON may 3 afternoon. . A very rude lady said ” that deal is no longer available.” And she did not want to explain when the deal expired As why it expired so soon after the deal began.

  25. Brenda says:

Do you still get 10 tidbits if you spend 10.00
