I tried the Vanilla Spice & dumped the entire thing after only a couple sips, it was so gross it wasn’t even drinkable
the chocolate mint was only a tiny bit better.
I have to agree with you, ME, they are so nasty and they have this weird after taste especially in some locations, I thought something was wrong with the milk but I think it’s the ingredients because the next place I tried again (I know I don’t learn!) tasted only slightly better, but not very good at all :(…you can’t give those away, that’s why they are 1 dollar.

I went in for a Chai tea latte, thinking I’d give it one chance. They put in a tea bag and espresso into warm milk. Most disgusting drink ever. I wouldn’t go back for one if they were paying me to drink it.
Mandy, try getting a french vanilla cappuchino with a chai tea bag in it – it’s actually really nice!

They made your tea latte wrong. It is not suppose to have expresso in it. The tea latte is a tea bag with hot milk and nothing else.
Thanks for the tips Me and S! I know they made it wrong. I’ve had many chai lattes before. Nobody has every put espresso in it. Or asked me if I wanted sugar in it. I’m not a coffee drinker. But the french vanilla cappuchino with chai sounds kind of tasty! I think it had something to do with the fact that they had just started offering them on the menu. Staff clearly didn’t know how to assemble the new items. I’m going to stick to making my own at home!
I just grabbed a hazelnut latte from my local Tims – it’s not fabulous, but not terrible.. it could have used a little more flavour, I think!
Just wanted to thank Tim Hortans for this buck sale, so I only had to throw away 1$ instead of the original 2$. Latte’s need to improve or go.. for now I’ll just stop at my local Twiggs (Starbucks equivalent)
