My store didn’t have the cereal,so they let me pick any Cheerios or fibre 1 for free!! Ask you never know!!
Redeemed my fpc for the general mills promo at maxi plenty of the 3 varieties,too bad they dont have the offer for the free product,just the others nature valley kind
Wasted trip for me – flyer clearly advertised the Nature Valley 6g Protein but was told it isn’t carried in this particular store. 0 for 2 with these coupons.
Went to one store first thing this morning and they didn’t carry any of the three. Ugh. Whatever. It’s not worth my time to make a special trip out in hopes of maybe getting a $2-$3 item free.
Got mine they did not have them out . Had to ask and they still had them in the back . So I do not think they the stores have a clue that this is a one day only coupon .
DM, according to Life Made Delicious, they did contact the stores (likely HO) and tell them about the coupon and to ask stores to order in, you think after last week they would be more prepared

I went to metro at around 9:30 and they had lots of fibre 1 and nature valley but didn’t carry the other 2 options. Oh well got my 2 boxes fine 🙂

I got one of the Golden Grahams, My mother gave me her coupon too, as she wasn’t going to a grocery store today, but Sobeys only had one box, and didn’t even carry the Fiber 1 or Nature Valley Protein bars.
Sobeys didn’t carry either of the cereals last week either. These one day only coupons are beginning to annoy me. If I had longer to use them I could try different stores when I went out of town. UGH.
Wow, sorry about all the problems everyone is having. I had 7 coupons gathered from family and friends & I got all of them no problem at all. Had to pay the tax, though.
Superstore and walmart in North York have them both, Metro had 3 shelves on a display, but it was near the frozen food not anywhere near the snacks or protien bars.
I got mine at PriceSmart Foods, they also carry them it at Save-On-Foods 🙂
I managed to redeem mine but agree with other posters who find it frustrating to try to find a product they might not even like with such a narrow window of 1 day redemption.
I really wish General Mills would loosen up a bit and make the redemption window 1 week instead. That way probably everyone would be able to redeem their coupons and get a chance to try a new product.

I went to Freshco in Hamilton on Fennell and they had a lot of all 4 flavours left (I just got back around 2pm)
Went to Sobeys and they had all of them in stock. Luckily while I was hunting around for the cereal last week I looked to see which stores had the granola bars as well, so I didn’t have to run around a bunch.
I visited three stores and none had any in stock. Either they ran out or they never received these products. It’s really dissapointing. If we had more then a day it would be much better.
@denise, the coupons included the tax. You shouldn’t have had to pay anything. If you could, go back to the store and explain to the manager. You will have to show your receipt though
Walmart in St. Catharines had lots today. Couldn’t find the cereal or even the name of them on a shelf anywhere last week so I guess that was a wasted coupon. Happy with the free Golden Grahams today!
None of the stores I visited carry these granola bars, or the cereal from last week. Both coupons in the garbage. I’m not driving around the a hundred stores.
PriceSmart didn’t have any of the 4 varieties on the shelf but had cases of all 4 on top of the shelves. I had to climb up to grab one.
I have 3 coupon but metro just allow 1 and said it one per household i didnt found any thing written on coupon and cashier put 2 with her when i ask can i get my remaining coupons cashier said you already used your its one per household i said ok i will gave to my friend then i get my 2 back

I got the Nature Valley Protein in peanut and almond chocolate,at my IGA store.I also used my coupon for a free Old El Paso Kit,while I was there.I was tempted to try to get the nature valley variety that had a free product coupon on it,but chickened out.As it turned out the clerk,didn’t even check if I had the right variety or not.
I got mine with no problem at Metro. That’s where I got my cereal last week too. Both times, the items weren’t on the shelf with the regular stock, but on a special display at the end of the aisle.
Got the Cinnamon Toast Crunch box. Gross! Way too sweet. They only had that or the Golden Grahams one. I really wanted one of the Nature Valley boxes. This was at Metro.
I never did get my coupons. The same with the Cheerio’s offer a few weeks ago.
I can’t understand why they make these stupid “one-day-only” deals. If you want me to try your new product give me the damned coupon and let me go and redeem it when it’s CONVENIENT TO ME! If I like it, maybe you got another satisfied customer that might buy it for real next time.
I’m not going to bother anymore with this crappy “jump-thru-hoops” promotions anymore. I got better things to do than go and try and save a measly $3, if, as everyone here complains, they’re in stock or the store honours the coupon etc.
