The Toronto Zoo in Ontario, Canada wants to honour and remember the wartime sacrifices with a fantastic new offer for Remembrance Day!
On November 11th, 2014 the Toronto Zoo is offering FREE admission into their parks for all Veterans and General Public. This offer is valid for people who arrive to the park on November 11th, 2014 between 9:30 and 11 AM. There will be a ceremony that begins in the Waterside Theatre promptly at 10:55 AM.
The parking fee will still be in effect unless you are VIP, Veteran in uniform or with medals, crests or other military affiliation. The parking fee will also be waived for any persons in uniform that are serving members of the armed forces, police, fire ambulance and TTC.
